Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern purchases and use of EmeraldForce.com, including directory services and account-based AI applications. “EmeraldForce,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to the operator of EmeraldForce.com, with a business contact address at 50 Public Square, Cleveland, Ohio 44113, United States. You may contact us at orders@emeraldforce.com.

By placing an order after being presented with these Terms and the Refund Policy, you agree to the versions shown to you at checkout. If you do not agree, do not place the order.

Accounts

You must provide accurate account information and protect your login credentials. Application access is licensed to the purchasing account and may not be shared, resold, transferred, or used to provide unauthorized access to others.

One-time AI application purchases

A product described as a “one-time purchase” requires one payment and does not create a recurring subscription. Access remains available for as long as EmeraldForce continues to offer and support the purchased application, subject to the usage limits and other terms disclosed at purchase. This does not mean access for the customer’s lifetime and does not guarantee that any model, feature, or third-party provider will operate indefinitely or without change.

Usage limits and availability

Usage and rate limits disclosed on the product page or at checkout form part of the purchase terms. Each limit applies independently. We may make reasonable prospective adjustments where necessary for security, service integrity, legal compliance, provider availability, or to prevent abusive use. We will not use this right to remove the core purchased functionality or reduce the service to a materially unusable level. Where reasonably practicable, we will give advance notice of a material adverse change. Any non-waivable rights or remedies remain unaffected.

Service-wide safety, availability, and cost controls may temporarily pause requests for all users, including users who have not reached their individual limits. Third-party payment and AI providers may experience interruptions. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation.

Submitted content and AI output

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, EmeraldForce does not claim ownership of AI output generated for your account. You may use that output for lawful purposes, but AI output may not be unique and we do not guarantee that it is free of third-party rights. You grant EmeraldForce and its service providers the limited rights necessary to process submitted content and operate the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

AI-generated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, similar to content generated for others, or unsuitable for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, fact-checking, and determining whether to use any output. EmeraldForce does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, revenue, legal compliance, or other business results. AI output is not legal, financial, medical, tax, or other regulated professional advice.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, deceptive, infringing, or harmful activity. Do not submit content you lack the right to process. Do not probe, bypass, disrupt, overload, scrape, or defeat access, entitlement, security, or usage controls. Do not reverse engineer the service except to the limited extent that applicable law expressly permits that activity despite this restriction. Do not use another customer’s account or share application access outside the licensed account.

Directory services

Submission or payment does not guarantee ranking, traffic, leads, sales, continued placement, or endorsement. You are responsible for the accuracy, ownership, and legality of submitted listing content.

Prices and refunds

The total price payable to EmeraldForce, including taxes we are required to collect and any mandatory charges, will be shown before you place your order. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may separately impose charges outside our control.

Each separately purchased AI application currently has a 14-calendar-day refund window. A completed refund revokes the access provided by that purchase. The Refund Policy presented at checkout and effective on your order date forms part of your purchase terms.

Suspension and termination

EmeraldForce may suspend access while a payment dispute or credible security issue is investigated. We may terminate access for fraud, unlawful use, credential sharing, a material security threat, or another material violation of these Terms. Where the issue can reasonably be corrected and no urgent security or legal risk exists, we will provide notice and a reasonable opportunity to correct it before termination. A good-faith complaint, refund request, or exercise of a lawful payment-dispute right is not by itself a Terms violation. If we terminate access for reasons not caused by your breach, we will provide any remedy required by applicable law.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmeraldForce will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or lost-profit damages arising from the service or AI-generated output. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EmeraldForce’s total liability arising from a product or service will not exceed the amount you paid for that product or service. These exclusions and limits do not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, intentional misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence where applicable, or any non-waivable consumer right or statutory remedy.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms prospectively as the service evolves. The version accepted when you purchased will continue to govern that purchase unless you agree to revised terms, except that we may make changes reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, or service integrity. We will give reasonable notice of material changes that affect existing access. No update will retroactively remove an accrued right or limit a non-waivable consumer right.
