Refund Policy
Effective date: July 14, 2026
Digital AI applications
Each separately purchased EmeraldForce AI application is eligible for a refund if you request it within 14 calendar days of the order date. You may request a refund during this period for any reason, except where we have reasonable evidence that the refund request itself is fraudulent or is part of repeated purchase-use-refund activity, and only to the extent permitted by applicable law.
To request a refund, email orders@emeraldforce.com from the address associated with your account and include your WooCommerce order number. If your request is made within the 14-calendar-day period and qualifies under this policy, we will issue the refund and revoke the access provided by that purchase.
We will submit an approved refund to the original payment method within five business days. Your payment provider may require additional time to post it. Where applicable law requires a shorter period, that period applies.
After 14 days
After the 14-day refund period, AI-application purchases are non-refundable except where required by law or where EmeraldForce cannot provide the purchased access and cannot correct the problem within a reasonable time.
Access and billing errors
If you are charged but application access is not granted, contact us promptly so we can correct the entitlement or review the transaction. Duplicate or erroneous charges will be reviewed and corrected when verified.
Abuse and fraudulent requests
Requesting a refund does not prevent EmeraldForce from suspending or terminating access for fraud, credential sharing, abusive automation, attempts to bypass security or usage controls, or another material violation of the Terms and Conditions. We will not withhold a refund otherwise promised by this policy except where permitted by applicable law, including where we have reasonable evidence that the refund request itself is fraudulent.
Directory and promotional services
Directory-listing and promotional services are generally non-refundable after the purchased work has been completed. If you ask us to begin work during a period in which applicable law gives you a cancellation or withdrawal right, we may charge only for work actually supplied before cancellation, and only where applicable law permits and any required advance consent or acknowledgment was obtained. If EmeraldForce cannot provide the purchased service, we will provide the refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
Legal rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived under applicable law.
