Tic Tac Toe Neon is a Flutter source-code template for building a mobile tic-tac-toe game. It includes a neon-style interface, local two-player play, and games against a computer opponent with several difficulty levels. The board and game graphics are drawn in Dart rather than supplied as image files. It also includes basic screens for choosing a game mode, showing an about section, and displaying a privacy policy. It is for Flutter developers, students, and small app publishers who want to customize and release a simple Android or iOS game.
