It uses an OpenAI account and information supplied by the user to generate automated, tailored replies to incoming WhatsApp messages. Administrators can set keywords that start or stop the AI assistant, helping control when automation is active. It is intended for businesses or service teams that already use Swiftchats and want to handle common WhatsApp questions automatically, while keeping control over the chatbot’s behavior. It is not a standalone application.
