AI Disclosure: This application uses Google Gemini AI as a core feature for property scoring, issue detection, maintenance routine creation, inspection tips generation, and smart insights. All AI features rely on Google’s Generative Language API (Gemini) and require an active internet connection and a valid API key to function.
AI services are not included in the package and may involve additional costs depending on usage and the provider’s pricing plan. Users are responsible for configuring their own API keys and managing any associated charges. You can obtain a free API key from Google AI Studio.
All property scan records, user preferences, and assessment data are stored locally on the device using SwiftData. The AI processing happens entirely in the cloud via the Gemini API.
