Perfex MCP is an add-on for Perfex CRM, not a standalone product. It connects the CRM to AI tools through an in-app assistant, a secure MCP connection for tools such as Cursor and Claude Desktop, and a scoped REST API. Staff can ask questions about leads, invoices, tickets, tasks, and customers; create or update records; and run event-based AI, CRM, or webhook automations.
