Note: This is not a standalone application. This is a plugin for Perfex CRM. You have to install the Perfex – Powerful Open Source CRM to use this plugin.

FlexVisual is an add-on for Perfex CRM that gives teams shared visual boards for planning and discussion. Users can create workspaces for clients, projects, or internal teams; add notes, text, shapes, images, and GIFs; and work together on the same board. It includes templates for activities such as brainstorming, roadmaps, feedback sessions, and prioritization. AI features can summarize notes, suggest ideas, and improve wording. Client contacts can optionally join boards through the Perfex customer portal. It is for agencies, consultants, project teams, product teams, and support teams that use Perfex CRM.
